As one who remembers paying $5,000 for a 386 computer, I was delighted to see CHIP's Kickstarter campaign for a $9 computer. Yes, nine bucks! Sure, it's not much of a computer, but it's a helluvalot more powerful than the one I bought! Their goal was $50,000 but they’ve already raised nearly a million!

Today's
Late for the movie, Mom told the kids, "We have to leave right now!" and her teenaged daughter headed for the bathroom to apply makeup. Dad yelled "Get in the car!" and she headed for the garage, grumbling. On the way to the multiplex, when Dad glanced in the rear-view mirror and spied her applying lipstick and blush, he said, "Look at your mother. She doesn't apply makeup just to go sit in a dark movie theater." "Yeah, but Mom doesn't need makeup." Mom started to swell from the compliment until her wonderful daughter concluded, "Nobody looks at her!"
None of my illegitimate sons sent me a Father's Day card, those bastards!
