It's Al Lowe's CyberJoke 3000™

CyberJokester David Thompson tells me that I forgot a step that makes Gmail work as I described it yesterday. First, you need to go to Settings>Labs and enable "Quote selected text." Then, to include only a portion of the text in your reply, highlight that part before clicking Reply. My apologies for the confusion. Thanks again, David!

And in another good Gmail tip, CyberJokester Albert van der Sluis sends along this trick: add whatever you want to your Gmail username and it still comes to you. E.g., give Twitter the email address "al.lowe+twitter@...". You’ll still get those emails, but you’ll know where they came from! Cool.

Today's CyberJoke 3000™

A recent research study indicates that chocolate may be healthy for pregnant women. However, it is not healthy for women who merely look pregnant!

Good girls keep their eyes on the clock; bad girls keep their eyes on the calendar!
